4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months, but you retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

6. Acceptable Use

Use BillAndNote for legitimate business purposes only. Prohibited uses include: illegal activities, spam, or attempting to compromise system security.

7. Limitation of Liability

BillAndNote's liability is limited to the amount paid for service. We are not responsible for indirect damages or business losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and given 30 days notice before implementation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 30 days to allow for export.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BillAndNote operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
